Achievements
During his tenure representing the Ministry of Transportation and Communications as a director of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd., whose annual turnover exceeds 200 billion NTD, Hung-Yi Hsiao took part in projects involving fixed-line telecommunications, mobile communications, broadband access, internet access, big data, information security, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, cloud and network data centers, OTT, and network convergence services. Outside of his work in academia, Mr. Hsiao has helped amend legislation during his time on the Judicial Evaluation Committee served as a member and convener of the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan.

Law Professor with Cross-industry Experience
Since 2008, Mr. Hsiao has been a researcher and instructor of law. He has helped amend legislation for government agencies such as the Judicial Yuan and the Ministry of Justice, under which he has also served as a lecturer for the Judges Academy and the Academy for the Judiciary. small- and medium-sized enterprises.
· With experience as director, independent director, and chairperson of several listed companies, Mr. Hsiao has built a comprehensive understanding of corporate legal issues. In addition to being a qualified arbitrator, Mr. Hsiao has extensive experience in a range of fields including higher education, legal practice, traditional industries, and communications technology.
