China Development Financial (CDF) and its subsidiaries are launching the recruitment cycle for the 2019 Management Associate (MA) Program early this year in December 2018. To attract strong talent, CDF’s campus recruitment tour has traveled nationwide to organize presentation events at top schools, including National Taiwan University, National Cheng Chi University, National Cheng Kung University, and National Tsing Hua University. CDF is calling on fresh graduates that aspire to pursue a career in financial services to submit an application to the program no later than February 18, 2019 to become eligible for consideration. The CDF MA Program is comprised of three stages. Initially, the program will walk MAs through the domain knowledge and business nature of each business arm. Then, MAs will rotate through frontline business and product units, mid-office credit review units, and research units to obtain a holistic view of the structure of CDF’s core businesses. In the internship stage, graduating MAs are reassigned to further explore professional interests and will be under assessment for expatriation.
