Achievements
Mr. Chang has served as a member of the Financial Supervisory Commission of the Executive Yuan, during which time he contributed to decisions relating to the oversight of Taiwan's financial and insurance policies. Mr. Chang has also served an important role helping Taiwan's financial and insurance sectors foster international connections.
Furthermore, Mr. Chang has experience serving as a Director for the Risk Management Society of Taiwan where he worked to integrate risk management throughout the industry and establish mechanisms to ensure community safety.
