Julian has assisted CDF in acquiring China Life through public acquisition and share conversions for the company to officially become a financial holding with four core businesses: life insurance, commercial banking, securities and venture capital/private equity. He has assisted KGI Securities in acquiring its operations in Singapore and Indonesia, acquiring Grand Cathay Securities and merging it into CDF as its wholly owned subsidiary, and acquiring Taiwan Securities Co., Ltd.
