China Development Financial Holding Company (CDF) is launching its 2018 campus recruitment cycle jointly with subsidiaries China Life Insurance, KGI Bank, KGI Securities, and CDIB Capital Group. Entering the FinTech era, the Management Associate Program is on the lookout for talents with data and digital analytic skills. Going forward, the group will also focus on modernizing internal training programs, with an emphasis on FinTech-related topics, to stay at the forefront of professional, managerial, and leadership innovation. As CDF and subsidiaries have been venturing into international markets in recent years, notes CDF President Mr. Alan Wang, employees are able to explore a growing number of rotation opportunities across the group’s overseas posts to broaden international perspectives.

President Wang announced the group is recruiting talents to fill 35 openings in this year’s Management Associate Program, themed ‘CDF, China Life & KGI: Leading with a New Generation’, highlighting the importance of engaging young professionals and fostering future talent. Riding the wave of FinTech evolution, President Wang is overseeing the establishment of digital finance business operations across subsidiaries, while developing new training programs for FinTech professionals with enhanced digitalized learning tools to ensure continuous growth in professional, managerial and leadership skills, and vision. KGI Bank offers digital banking and mobile payment services, and continues to provide customer-oriented B2B and B2C optimal solutions. KGI Securities always strives to serve clients in more innovative and effective ways by providing linkage across platforms, bringing together key expertise, and utilizing big-data analytics and AI. The launch of the CDIB Capital Innovation Accelerator Fund in 2017 was a perfect example of CDIB Capital Group’s engagement in emerging digital trends of innovation and entrepreneurship that provide an excellent platform for aspiring newcomers seeking rapid development.

Beyond CDF’s established presence in Taiwan’s finance industry, President Wang also highlights the group’s progressive international growth, having launched operations in metropolitan regions such as Shanghai, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Jakarta, and New York, offering diverse channels for fresh graduates to gain a global mindset and acquire a better grasp of international economic dynamics in a solid, multi-disciplinary, and tailor-made training program that will accelerate the development of potential young talent. KGI Bank is currently preparing to open business in Hong Kong, in addition to setting up a joint-venture consumer finance company in mainland China. KGI Bank is positioned in the Asia-Pacific proxy, with Greater China and ASEAN being the two target markets. With many overseas assignment opportunities to explore, the group welcomes energetic fresh graduates to join the MA Program and rise to challenges in the pursuit of excellence.
