Lionel has played a critical role in CDF's exponential growth from total assets of approximately NT$270 billion in 2006 to NT$3.5 trillion in 2021. Prior to CDF, he has worked on more than US$45 billion worth of Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as Equity and Debt Capital Markets transactions, while with Lehman Brothers and Booz-Allen & Hamilton.

· Spearheaded reinforcement of senior management at China Development Financial and its affiliates, as well as the group-wide capital reallocation, digitization and cross-selling initiatives as the chairman of the Strategy Committee of the Board.
