CDF celebrates International Women's Day and invites colleagues to "Inspire Inclusion."

China Development Financial Holding Corporation (CDF) celebrated International Women's Day by aligning with this year's theme of "Inspire Inclusion." CDF invited senior executives and employees to share their reflections on workplace inclusion and encouraged them to contribute their personal insights on the campaign. The aim was to showcase diverse and innovative thinking, promoting a culture of inclusion in the workplace.

Steve Bertamini, President and CEO of CDF, said, "At CDF, we treat customers fairly, and likewise, we treat employees fairly, regardless of gender. We have more than 60% of female colleagues working in diverse functions. Women's contribution to the organization is significant and valued, and we continue to implement employee-friendly measures to support female colleagues, such as extended maternity leave, paternity leave, and flexible working programs."

To foster the professional development of women, CDF has implemented several measures, including extending maternity leave to 10 weeks, which exceeds legal requirements. The company has also increased paternity leave days and enhanced employee childbirth benefits. To support colleagues with family care needs, CDF offers flexible work arrangements and reduced working hours, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Moreover, CDF has partnered with external childcare and educational institutions to provide related benefits to employee children, demonstrating its commitment to caring for its employees and their families.

On the occasion of International Women's Day, CDF also held the Corporate Values Award Ceremony to acknowledge employees who have demonstrated CDF's corporate values through tangible actions. Melody Chen, Chief HR Officer at CDF, said that in pursuit of corporate values, the company will remain committed to prioritizing the wellbeing and growth of all employees to realize its vision of sustainable development and generate greater value for both employees and society.
