China Development Financial Holding Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "CDF") reported today its profit for the month of February. Unaudited after-tax profit was NT$2.80 billion, while after-tax profit for the first 2 months this year reached NT$5.61 billion, representing a 261% growth compared to the same period last year. EPS was NT$0.34.

KGI Life reported an after-tax profit of NT$1.43 billion in February as it continued to capitalize on market trends to achieve investment returns. The company's after-tax profit for the first two months of this year reached NT$3.01 billion, marking a significant growth compared to the same period last year. KGI Life will continue to focus on the sale of high-value products and maintain stable operations. KGI Securities has boosted profitability in brokerage, proprietary trading, and underwriting businesses as the Taiwan stock market showed robust performance in the month of February. KGI Securities reported an after-tax profit of NT$924 million in February, and the after-tax profit for the first two months of this year was NT$2.08 billion, an increase of 67% compared with the same period last year. KGI Bank maintained steady growth in its key business, with interest and fee income continuing to bolster profit growth. KGI Bank's after-tax profit in February was NT$471 million, and the after-tax profit for the first two months of this year reached NT$1.01 billion. CDIB Capital Group reported an after-tax profit of NT$373 million for February benefiting from the appreciation of the valuation of its investment positions. CDIB after-tax profit for the first two months of this year reached NT$383 million.

CDF stated that the company will continue to focus on the implementation of core ABCDE strategies to continue pursuing long-term sustainable growth.
