China Development Financial Holdings (hereinafter referred to as "CDF") and its five major subsidiaries announced the launch of the 2024 YouLead Management Associates recruitment program. The program will offer 12 diverse positions in digital finance, data and information technology, and financial business. To align with the corporate strategic development, CDF 2024 YouLead Program will recruit young talents in areas such as data information, digital finance, industry investment, financial engineering, industry research, financial trading, retail finance, corporate finance, operations management, and insurance business. YouLead will undergo an 18-month training program aimed at familiarizing themselves with product and business knowledge, customer service, and strategic management as their key development goals. In addition, they will be assigned exclusive mentors consisting of senior executives and YouLead alumni and participate in cross-company projects within the group through rotation systems, helping them establish a professional foundation for their career and accelerate their growth process.
From now and until the end of March, CDF is accepting resumes from university and graduate school graduates who possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, CDF is accepting applications for summer internships.
